Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business (digital services, consulting, and development), we adhere to a strict "No Refund" policy. Once a service has been purchased, or a project agreement has been signed and work has commenced, we do not issue refunds.

Resources, time, and expertise are allocated immediately upon project initiation, making it impossible to reverse the costs incurred.

2. Cancellation of Services

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• Within 24 Hours: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order or signing a contract, provided that no work has officially begun. In such cases, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion, minus any transaction fees.
• After 24 Hours / Work Commenced: If cancellation is requested after 24 hours or after the team has started working on the project (whichever comes first), no refund will be provided. The client may still be liable for any unbilled work completed up to that point.

3. Project Milestones and Approvals

For large-scale projects (e.g., Web Development, App Development), we typically work on a milestone basis. Payment is released upon the client's approval of a completed milestone.

Once a milestone is approved and paid for, that payment is non-refundable. If a client wishes to terminate the project mid-way, they are not obligated to pay for future, unstarted milestones, but no refund will be issued for completed milestones.

4. Service-Specific Terms

• SEO & Digital Marketing: These are ongoing services where results usually take time. Payments made for monthly retainers are non-refundable, as work is performed throughout the month. Cancellation requires a 30-day notice.
• Consulting: Fees paid for consulting sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
• Custom Software: Due to the highly customized nature of this work, all payments are final.

5. Technical Issues and Support

If you face any technical issues with the deliverables, our team is dedicated to resolving them. We provide a support period (as defined in your specific contract) to fix bugs or errors at no extra cost. However, the presence of bugs does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Refusal to accept a completed project that meets the agreed-upon requirements will not result in a refund.

6. Changes to This Policy

RD SERVICES reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
